The climate control, individual safe, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room were great. Having a bidet in the private bathroom was a nice touch. the location near Piazza di Spagna was perfect. the staff was friendly and responsive, always quick to help out.

I loved very enjoyable stay here and would recommend this hotel. It was formal property overall, everything was perfect, I would give it other than 3 stars. The location was best possible and prime - ease of access to a vibrant and elegant square.

Our room was very pretty and immaculate, provided with free tea, jacuzzi plus a very comfortable bed. A shower, a hairdryer and a spa bathtub were very handy.

We got great value for our money at Youroom Carrozze in Rome. The room was cozy and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing 24-hour support via Whatsapp.

The food for breakfast could be improved with a larger selection of coffee pods in the kitchen. However, this wasn't a big issue as there was a bar downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rome. There were many positive aspects that I really appreciated. the location was incredible - right near the Spanish Steps and directly across the street from the metro. It was so convenient to explore the city and find great bars and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always trying to meet our needs. The room itself was well-designed, with attention to detail and a very comfortable bed. The highlight for me was the jacuzzi in the room, which was such a luxurious touch. Additionally, the hotel provided a basic breakfast and free tea and coffee in the rooms, which was a nice bonus. I was really impressed with this hotel and can't think of any major downsides.
